if everything goes well and the server that I'll be using to upload the website on to allows me to install this specific program, I could have a gallery page that should allow people to leave comments. I haven't found one where people can upload pictures themselves, and to write something like that from scratch takes more experience, knowledge and skill than I have. So if I use the one I'm thinking about... people will have to send in photos to me (I will create a new email account on gmail or something for myself so people can email photos or anything related to the website), and then once I add them, people can view them in the gallery.
